There are many ways to become involved in helping the Karen people.

Adopt a family: From picking up the family at the airport; to helping with transportation and adjusting to life in Colorado, you have the opportunity to welcome and bless a family. Contact Sue Rairdon, Internal Coordinator for CBRTN:srairdon@qwest.net for more information to connect with a refugee agency and get started!

Help teach English: One of the biggest hurdles for the refugees coming to America is their lack of English skills. You can help many families gain confidence to shop on their own or get a job. Contact Sue Rairdon, Internal Coordinator for CBRTN: srairdon@qwest.net for more information.
